After you buy a product, you can download it directly from your Downloads section. Please note that all digital products on our website are free of malware, viruses, and ads. We buy original files from developers and do not sell products downloaded from other websites.

Updates

We offer frequent updates for one year from the date of purchase. After that, you must purchase the product again to receive further updates. We also offer lifetime updates as a second option.

We regularly update products as soon as we are notified of an update. We download the update from the author and upload it to our site. However, if the current version of the product is not the latest, you can request an update for the product using the contact form.

We send regular emails advising when products have been updated, so please be sure to provide an active email address when you sign up.

Our support team is available 24/7 to answer questions or help you install or configure digital products purchased on the website. Please note that we are not developers of the products we sell, so our technical support capabilities are limited. We do not change product functionality or fix developer bugs.
